When You or your employer registers with us and each time You access the Website and Your account, certain information may be provided. You agree that we may use any information that we obtain about You in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy (which is hereby incorporated into these terms) and that You will not use Your account in any other way than as set out in this Terms of Use. If You or Your employer elects to register with us, You agree:

• To provide true, accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form;
• To maintain and update such information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete at all times. If any information You provide is or becomes untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we have the right to terminate Your access to and use of Your account and the website.
• That You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account and password, and You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your Account or Password.

You agree that Isha Education shall not be liable for removing Your comments, submissions or suspending or terminating your access to the Services (or any portion thereof). We reserve the right to investigate Your use of the Services in the event We, in Our sole and absolute discretion, believe you have violated these Terms.

Provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination of these Terms shall survive termination. By way of example, but not limiting to, all of the following will survive termination: any obligation you have to pay us or indemnify us, any limitations on Our liability, any terms regarding ownership of intellectual property rights, and terms regarding disputes between us.

JURISDICTION:

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute between the parties the courts of Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction on such dispute.

If there is any conflict between these terms and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this website relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.
